called the Federated Worlds of Sidon.
Two of their populated planets had all
life extinguished by the
Queller Drive of
Voyager 1.
Three of their ships follow Voyager
in an attempt to discern its origin and destination,
intending a genocidal revenge attack against
Earth and Alpha,
as sanctioned/ordered by its Chief Justifier,
Aarchon.
